History:
The hotel is family-owned since 1914, and in the fourth generation we take care of the well-being of our guests. The rooms, furnished in a modern country house style, exude Nordic charm and set individual accents.
The restaurant, conservatory and fireplace room combine stylish coziness with historical finds and all modern conveniences. It's wonderful to linger under our apple trees in the garden or on the sunny terrace, the time seems to stand still.
Here you can still meet the long-established people of Wöhrden, because they have stayed and create a nostalgic, romantic atmosphere while playing cards.

My name is Elsbe Paulsen and I have turned my passion for the hotel industry into a profession: Together with my daughters and my team, I put my heart and soul into taking care of the well-being of our guests.
We always have a good atmosphere, the extensive chatting and begging of the guests are part of it for us. Here in Dithmarschen we are a bit like the nature that surrounds us: authentic, harsh, but charming, not to be beaten and always there for friends.
News: We are pleasend too introduce you to the nex natural pond with a new outdoor area, terrace, relaxation area and sauna!
Since May 1st, 2018 we have enlarged our garden! A pond has been created with a natural filter system and sewage treatment plants without chlorine.
Bathing is free for house guests, your room key opens the door to the natural bathing pond.
Houseguests can use the sauna for 10.50 per person and day including a bathrobe and sauna towels.
